ITINERARY
DAY 1: La Paz-Tuni Lagoon – Chiarkhota
Departure from La Paz by car and arrival to the Tuni Lagoon in 2.½ hours by car. The walk continues until the Condoriri Base Camp. The view from this place is magnificent, more than 16 snow peaks can be observed such as the Condoriri and Alpamayo. Lunch. Afternoon walk until the Chiarkhota Base Camp at 15,416 ft. (4,700 m). Dinner and overnight. (L,D) Treking part we still use mules for trasnportation the equipment
DAY 2: Chiarkhota – Carmen Pampa(MARIA LLOKO)
Trek starts by 09:00 am. There is one high pass, the Aguja Negra Pass at 16,400 ft. (5,000 m) with good views of the Condoriri and Huayna Potosí. Box lunch on the way. This high pass connects with our trail to Carmen Pampa trail that leads for 7 or 7 ½ hrs to the Camp. Dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)
DAY 3: Carmen Pampa – Base Camp – La Paz
After breakfast continue our hike towards base camp, 6 hours. Great views of the Huayna Potosí and its glaciers from the Plataforma 15,416 ft. (4,700 m). After that returned to La Paz by car.(B,L)

Condoriri Trek
One can only reach the Condoriri base camp by foot beginning at Tuni Lagoon. The views are highly rewarding, overlooking the immense Condoriri Massif, 13 snow packed peaks ranging from 5,100 – 5,648m.
This is a fantastic high altitude trek, but not for the faint hearted, it offers spectacular views of glaciated peaks, distant views of Lake Titicaca and the odds are great for spotting condors.
