 UYUNI SALT FLAT – Southern Colored Lakes

Available throughout the year

Day 1: Uyuni – Incahuasi Island – Salt Hotel 
Depart 10:30 am from Uyuni
Visit Colchani where salt is extracted
Visit Incahuasi Island, take a short walk and have lunch
Go to the Basic Salt Hotel and spend the night in a basic lodge with double rooms, twin rooms with private bathroom facilities, showers are an additional Bs.10.

in rainy season is entered only until salt hotel, and then sleep in Uyuni or in the town of Alota, whence it continues normally travel

Day 2: Salt Hotel – National Park – Red Lagoon
Leave at 7:30 am
Visit the altiplanic lagoons (cañapa, hedionda, chiarkhota, honda, ramadita) – see flamingos
Visit the Siloli desert and see the Stone Tree
Enter National Reservation and visit the Red Lagoon and see more flamingos
Spend the night in a basic refuge with dormitories for 6 people, and with shared bathroom facilities. No shower.

Day 3: Red Lagoon – Geysers – Hot spring – Green Lagoon – Uyuni
Leave at 5:00 am
Visit the Geysers
Take a dip in the thermal baths/hot springs
Visit the Green Lagoon
Visit the White Lagoon
Visit the Valley of the Rocks
18.00 return to Uyuni

Note: For those hoping to head for San Pedro de Atacama, you will be transferred after the Green Lagoon at 09:30 and arriving to San Pedro de Atacama in the early afternoon.
